Quality Product
Okay, so they put the wrong picture in the ad at first. Looks like they've corrected that problem. The other reviewers killed this product, just because it didn't come with the stinking "Survival Kit". They didn't even talk about the actual keyboard. I did a lot of research (as you should do when you buy something online), and knew the "Survival Kit" didn't come with it. Whatever. Other than the AC adaptor, that "Survival Kit" is worthless anyway (I bought it separately. The headphones and pedal suck. Pony up the extra 20 bucks to get a good M-Audio pedal......and some decent headphones, if you need 'em).
The bottom line is...you can't beat this product for the money. It's got some great sounds on it! The Rotary Organ and Honky Tonk Piano sound sweeeeeet! Not to mention the awesome Grand Piano sound, strings, orchestra (and over 400 other voices). Plus, tons of effects, drum beats, accompaniments, etc...and a USB port! And it's also got the...

Deliberatively deceptive
When I purchased this piano I was looking at the sellers picture of a piano and a "Survival Kit". The "kit" includes the basics: a/c adapter, instruction video and a set of cheap headphones. To purchase these separately would cost $35.00. I believed the kit was included in the sale since every other seller with the same picture was advertising the piano with the kit included. When I received the piano and there was no kit I checked out the sellers feedback and realized this scam has been going on for a while. Other buyers of this product also thought the kit was included because it was in the picture with the piano. Granted, the kit was not included in the written description of the product offered but the picture led us to expect the kit was definately part of the package. MUSIC 123 responded by stating they regret the "misunderstanding". There is no misunderstanding. It is called misrepresentation. It was not a mistake it was purposefully misleading. Deceived!
I ordered this product believing it came with the survival kit pictured very prominently in thier ad. However the keyboard arrived without the kit. This picture was obviously inserted to deceive people into buying thier product. I would never have ordered this if the items did not come together, since other companies were also offering their keyboards with a survival kit.
Upon further investigation I found other customers complaining about the same thing. Why would AMAZON allow them to continue selling if they are not providing the products shown in thier image? Buying in cyberspace is done in good faith which is why we pay up front before even seeing the actual product. This is very poor on Amazons part. :(
